“I wondered if there is any point to review again and again when our concerns and recommendations are not applied at all. I have always suggested that there has to be a benchmark for free postage. I suggested that there have to be discount codes occasionally for customers to feel rewarded. I have always suggested that it is important that free returned is considered or a benchmark to consider that. I believe that Cruise Fashion should emulate some of the big companies in the clothing line like it and reward customers accordingly.”

“Delivery was excellent. The only area that could use improvement was the packaging. I'd expect a coat to arrive in a proper coat/suit bag and be on a hanger, instead it was folded (badly) and forced into a dust bag that was too small. The result was that the coat needed steaming before wearing to remove the creases.”

“I have always felt that the fact Cruise only have one delivery option available which is £6.99 quite shocking, considering the average priced item is at least £100. Other delivery options should be made available, or even a collect in store option.”

“I would have gave cruise 5 stars if it wasn’t for their delivery charge. I spend a lot at cruise online and it’s always over £150. I’m also responsible for covering the postage if I need to return anything.”

“Quality assurance and accuracy of sizing information are crucial when buying products online. Cruise failed on both counts with my last order. I bought a pair of Hugo Boss shoes and a Hugo Boss belt. One of the shoes had a very obvious scratch across the top of it and the belt was far too small despite it being meant to fit my 36” waist. I paid £6.99 to have the items delivered and it cost me over £11 to return them-I’m extremely disappointed not only with the quality of the service but more importantly being out of pocket as a consequence!!!”

“I recently bought a pair of jeans & used the size guide on the page however this was totally in accurate, meaning I have had to pay to return the wrong sized jeans as well as pay for the delivery of these in the first place :(”
