£190 jumper ordered and came with a mark on the front. Not good. Sent back today for an exchange but had to pay £4.95 to post back to cruise!!

I ordered a top CP Company. £66:99. It arrived packed in a sandwich bag and still had the security tag attached to it. Terrible. It's going back.

I purchased a belt for £150 for my daughters Christmas and i was extremely disappointed that the belt came in a see through bag inside a shipping bag. This item is high quality and very expensive and i would have expected it to come in some sort of display case or at least a presentation box that shows the quality of the product and at least protects it from shipping damage.

Was sent an item in the wrong size, emailed and had to send pictures to prove this, and I'm still waiting on the pre paid returns label to be emailed to me

I ordered my parcel on the 25/11/19 which I also paid for next day delivery I still have not received my parcel when I first contacted cruise I was told it was either lost with dpd but was defiantly sent. The following day I called again and was told it hadn’t left the warehouse and I would receive it by the 30/11/19. I did not receive my parcel and I am currently waiting. Really disappointed.

Purchase arrived promptly, could have been packaged better. When buying expensive fur products care should be taken to give the best fur available, and zips should be checked as some can be quite hard to get up on the particular item I bought. Although I was disappointed with the fur on my product and the zip being hard to get up the jacket was lovely and I have worn it and it’s very warm
