“Not impressed one bit! Had so many problems with the delivery and also with customer services after I complained Really not happy Feel free to call me regarding my issues on 07818863485. I’m not expecting a call as I don’t think you view the complaints are taken serious Such a shame as the clothes you sell are good”

“I have ordered from Cruise previously and order always arrives on time and clothes are of excellent quality. The only reason I give 3 stars is that my order this time was for over £500 and I still had to pay a delivery charge of £6.99 which I feel is a bit much considering the amount I have spent.”

“Beautiful well made jacket which my son is delighted with. My only complaint is the cost of shipping the item which was £7. I had to return the item at my own cost £8.30 recorded delivery. Why is it not possible to return to your local store?”

“Good variety but would like to see more in the outlet section especially a wider selection of sizes even if the stuff is a few seasons old still add them to the outlets just size runs on it aren’t the best but still overall really happy with the service provided👍”
