“Disappointed when ordering a jacket at £270 being charged £6.99 for shipping and then when I returned the item I had to pay £8.50. Will not use Cruise or Flannels again because of this.”

“Cancelled my order after 3 hours of ordering. I had ordered the wrong item. Nothing was sent or packed yet; but customer service told me they could do nothing. Over the next days, the item was shipped to the Netherlands, just for me to pick it up and then on top pay postal fees and send it back immediately. All that could have been avoided by customer service having access to their sales systems. Disappointing service.”

“I bought a coat in the sale and asked for it to be delivered to a local click and collect DPD point which was listed on the Cruise website. Unknown to me that DPD collection point was no longer active and Cruise apparently tried to deliver it 3 times and then cancelled my order and refunded me. Surely someone could have contacted me to organise a different delivery basis. I was very annoyed because the coat was at a very good sale price. Thankfully the coat came back in stock and I had it delivered to the Flannels flagship store in London.”
