Good service, fast delivery. Howveer spent money on next day delivery and was informed a friend who did standard delivery got their item the next day also. I spent extra money when they didn’t have to which isn’t fair at all imo you may as well remove the option.

Shocking, sent wrong order with a product that was £30 cheaper than original order. Then I sent it back which cost me £7.50, only to be told it is out of stock and I am to get a refund, which will result in overall being out of pocket for a mistake that was not my own. I then emailed detailing about my loss which was completely ignored, not happy and not impressed.

There was a system error that resulted in one of the items ordered being the wrong size. I realised as soon as I received the order confirmation. I sent 2 messages asking for my order to be cancelled if the correct size was not available but have not heard back. The order was received with the wrong sized item which now has to be returned.

No doubting the quality of clothing provided from the chain . Have done really good deals on during sale times . Unfortunately what let's them down is the unnecessary postage charges incurred on any purchase , prob a direct result of greedy Mr Ashley

Order an two items from the cruise online, a hat and a t shirt. I used the FF20 discount code, but when processing the order the discount wasn’t in use. I contacted them about refunding the money as two which an customer service advisor lied to my face and stated that the code wasn’t ready at the time to be used and that’s why I hadn’t received my discount. I replied to that saying that I have a screenshot of the items in my basket before I purchased it (which I do have) and the price was discounted, which proves the advisor lied. She then went on to change her story as to why they couldn’t process this refund, I stipulated that I wanted to have this escalated as I had lost confidence in the advisers ability to do so. She then went and said that the only way to get my money back to return the items and buy them again with the code (which isn’t feasible due to me being a vulnerable person due to the CIVID-19 situation). She then closed of the case as completed without even trying to rectify their mistakes or her lies. I would strongly recommend to anyone who thinks about shopping at frasers group (cruise, house of frasers, flannels) to rethink. The customer service is appalling.
