“I ordered a Stone Island jumper which was sent out in a black bag. As if it had been grabbed and stuffed in there like it was an old piece of rubbish. Nothing actually wrong with the jumper but for the amount you charge for delivery it’s a joke the way you send stuff out”

“Customer service was poor waited to hear back from somebody for 9 days about a jacket I still never received and a further 3 days for a refund , girl I spoke to was very unhelpful and told me two lies. Won’t be ordering from here again”

“Hi there Your service has been very good but it is unclear when you place the order if you will be sending out the goods. I had to call the customer service team who were so helpful so thank you 😊 to find out. Also unfortunately the trainers I ordered for my husband had quite a sparkle shimmer on them and this detail was not included in the product description and didn’t look like this in the picture so unfortunately we had to send them back and it’s cost us £11 to do so. Otherwise thank you and we would order from you again BUT putting us off is the returns policy especially in relation to paying for delivery and the price of the shoes. :) and they don’t look the way they do on the website :(”
