“First time using this company! Awful service, no one helped to resolve the issues with a system error that I encountered on the website. The 'Customer Service' team was abysmal I would of got a better response talking to a brick wall. Even spending a lot of money doesn't make any difference then to top it off I had to pay for P&P to return the item I brought.”

“I bought a kenzo pink T-shirt & a Canada Goose grey gilet online, very happy with them, I love their clothes & accessories, great online service, straight forward to order & deliveries arrive safely & in good time, we also shop at Cruise in their Glasgow Store, I bought myself a Gucci belt which is lovely 😊”

“I paid for next day delivery and the item didn't arrive until the day after that so i wasted 9 pounds. I had to return as the item still had the electronic tag on it so i couldn't have worn the item. As it happens the size was wrong so i had to return. I have yet to receive a replacement item.”
