“I was extremely disappointed. I ordered a pair of jimmy choo trainers and the wrong size was sent due to Cruise’s error. I contacted cruise via email and I got no response. I then had to return the shoes at my own cost £11 special delivery for an exchange. I am a regular cruise customer and have found this experience very disappointing.”

“Unfortunately the top I order still had the security tag on, so I had to return it. As this was a gift for a birthday, by the time I received it back the date I needed it was was past!”

“Was a bit unhappy with recent order, came quick and on time however I feel like when paying £750 for a pair of trainers it should come packaged more professionally. To receive a Louboutin box literally in plastic in the mail just doesn’t really cut it in my opinion. To not even receive the cruise zip dust bag that I’ve received many times before was a bit disappointing as this was a gift.”
