No invoice in parcel. Making returns more complicated.
Free returns would be much better. Most other high end companies offer free returns.

CRUISE has a great selection, and it’s for this reason alone that I shop here.
Their service when buying on line for returns, exchanges between the web site & shops is very poor.
For a premium offer, it does feel like customer service is a secondary thought.

I order most of my clothes from CRUISE and have never had any issues other than the cost of both delivery and returns as this can add on a substantial cost in relation to what I’m actually looking to spend on the clothing itself.

Ordered a pair of Balenciaga's which didn't fit. To return there is no free post. The cost of return due to value of item is £27. I will not use CRUISE for further purchases due to the uncertainty on sizes and lack of free returns.
Poor in this digital purchasing day and age in my opinion.

Shock at the cost of retuning Jimmy Choo trainers that where too big . CRUISE wanted Royal Mail tracked delivery £28 . Never again will I order from this store when they insist on tracked returns at the senders cost.

Postage is expensive. Similar sites charge less and offer free returns. I find that disappointing and it puts me off using the site.

Sizes are mis matched - but that's not specific to CRUISE. I will probably consider carefully any future purchase as your returns policy is not very good.
