I paid ten pound for next day delivery they didn’t even ring the buzzer so did get them for a birthday party think I should be refunded the ten pound

Hi , I have been shopping with Cruise fashion for a very long time ! The order took a very long time, you dont have a customer service number anymore and my Gucci tshirt came without invoice and in a plastic bag without Cruise black sachet ! Not great ! I know this covid time is very difficult and that is exactly why you should try harder with your customers ! I love your company but the last experience was a little scary ! Merci ! Anna

product was delivered on time but had a security tag still inside the item, was told to send it back but was a birthday present which then wouldn't of been here on time. ended up going in store to have it removed. so spent £9.99 on postage and still had to go in store

Good service only issue was tried to buy online and payment wouldn’t go through,phones Silverburn and cruise Glasgow no one answered the phones as I could have bought in store it eventually took payment on line.

Ordered a t shirt for next day delivery and paid £9.99 for the privilege. It didn't arrive until 3 days later. Emailed them complaining, but I have been completely ignored. Never again.

I love your website and have been a loyal customer since the start. Only downside is delivery cost and the return cost. As these are high cost items, when I have previously sent back an item (due to wrong sizing) I pay for special delivery. Also do you offer deals for loyal customers?

Place my order on 30th July , 4weeks later and I’m still waiting. Contact cruise through their chat website and were extremely rude, also emailed them and still waiting for a reply!!

I paid next day delivery £10 but parcel came after 2 days. I am a very loyal customer of cruise and have been for many many years. Absolutely appalled by this service......

I ordered something next day delivery for my fiancé’s birthday and received 6 days later, with no apology or compinsation. This was past his birthday and ruined it, the gentleman Dean I spoke to wasnt pleasant or helpful in anyway.

Ordered the same jumper twice and it was wrong twice. I have had to pay £40 for postage and packaging witch I hope gets refunded. To me once is a mistake but twice is daylight robbery. Rest assured I will NEVER be shopping with yous again and I will be advising friends and family dont either.
