Bought a stone island ghost over shirt last Tuesday and it only arrived today even tho I got an email saying that it was collected on Sunday, rung your Customer service department and the just give me back my delivery cost back. Terrible service for a big company like yourselves

It’s great services and like all the clothing is amazing and we hit a good deal, the only problem was is that the security tag was still on the clothing so we had to go though our way to cruise and get it taken off

I have bought (on behalf of my son) a few times on-line and have had the goods within the next 48 hours, prompt and no problems with deliveries either. Also visited the Glasgow Store on numerous occasions, all the staff very informative, helpful and always manage to come out with goodies.

Ordered my first item from cruise last week. Wrong item turned up. Sent the item back and customer communication has been slow and I’ve been the one having to ring up to find out what’s going on. Going to have to steer clear from now on sorry.

One t-shirt had clearly been used to wipe the warehouse floor! How had it passed quality control? It wasn't folded in the bag correctly and was missing the paper used in the other 3 t-shirts. I will now waste my time and effort in returning it. Poor.

Received my package with a tshirt missing. When called customer service they done an "investigation". Dont know what that includes but I was then told they are happy with everything and that I recieved the item when I clearly didnt the packaging wasnt even big enough for a jacket and tshirt.

They had the bag I was looking for and at a discounted price. Delivery was speedy and, via DPD, timed to the minute. I'll be back!

The website is easy to use and the product selection good however as an overseas customer the delivery service is poor. Firstly it is as if not more expensive as other retailers but there the similarities end. The local couriers are the cheapest who have difficulty finding locations, have very poor customer service departments and in general offer a very poor service

I paid next day delivery for my order only to receive it 5 days later and that was with my efforts of calling to complain. Yes they refunded the delivery charge. 1item was to big so returned for refund, 3weeks later still waiting. I’ve emailed, sent proof of return twice, still waiting.... From start to finish, appalling service.

Very good service but I purchased some shorts online and the money was taken then to find they didn’t have them in stock.the money was how ever given back to me a few days later.but apart from that I would buy from cruise again.

I ordered the Gucci Marmont bag in red. When it arrived, it simply came in a plastic bag with no protection whatsoever. The dust bag which accompanied it was dirty and also had no pull tie to close it. It is very hard to believe that an item costing £1350 is posted in this way. There was no wrapping st all around it to protect the leather which could easily have been scratched. The invoice also came crumpled and as a result I am sending the bag back. I ordered a white shirt twice and both times was sent a black one. So I had to pay for next day delivery twice and had to pay to send the items back. So not great service.

Ordered Alexander McQueen trainers for son cause there was none left in his size in shop ordered online and prompt service in fact came a day earlier will definitely shop again 5 star 👌
