“The price of delivery is far too expensive and u don’t receive your goods on time very poor”

“Love the site and clothes but paying for delivery and returns puts me off using the site again especially when the items are generally very expensive. Free delivery and returns is offered by most retailers almost to the extent where you come to expect it.”

“I never have any problem with the product but I personally thing the delivery charge is too much compared to most stores average is £3.99 I feel £6.99 is a lot some places charge that for next day deliveries”

“Absolutely shocking service! I’ve been waiting over a week on 1 item that was meant to be a gift! I think it’s also appalling paying £7 for 3-5 working days delivery and it doesn’t come. I’m still waiting in a conformation email to say the courier has collected the item so it hasn’t even been sent out yet! I thought cruise was a superior site and it seems not. They have sent me a review and my item haven’t even been sent out yet!”

“Great products at decent pricing but postage costs passed to the buyer without free returns when dealing with high value items simply looks like a money making exercise. I doubt I would use you again for that purpose.”

“Well firstly I ordered a pair of shorts that were in fact out of stock which left me waiting for my refund. The rest of the order were three tops which must of been posted in two separate deliveries two in one and the other in another, and I’ve only received one of these tops so far”
