“Received this email saying thank you for shopping with cruise. First off all I haven't even received my items yet which were ordered well over a week ago. Delivery time is an absolute disgrace. Which ever courier you use needs to be changed. I'm going away on holiday this weekend and don't even know if will have my items near 2 weeks after ordering. Don't think I will be ordering off cruise again.”

“I ordered online for the first time. Was charged £7 for standard delivery 3-5 working days. I parcel arrives after 6 days. Cruise do not know where my order is. So after spending over £200 on an item nobody can track it. Also nobody has bothered to respond to me regarding this item. I spend thousands per month in cruise Belfast and this has massively put me off shopping with cruise again!!!!”
