“Extremely poor customer service.. Given the money in spend in store and online, I think its pathetic. What's the point complaining when nothing is done. Took time off work to wait on my parcel as my email stated the delivery date for it to arrive the day after!!!!”

“Hi, the overall proceeds of purchasing with Cruise was a very easy process up until delivery. The jacket I purchased was delivered with two security tags still attached. I then had to go into the store. confirm with staff I had actually purchased the jacket, and then wait for the tags to be removed.”

“Good variety of clothing & a helpful straightforward returns policy if things ain't right, only snag is during sales you may select an item place order & be notified 24hours later that its not available! ... frustrating but good overall”

“Item packed nicely and in a zip bag. Delivery arrived on time and within 3 days, email from Cruise to say when delivery out for despatch and would be with DPD delivery that gives you delivery day and times and regular updates where parcel is. Very pleased no fuss :)”

“I bought a t shirt for my sons birthday. The order was placed on the 25th September to be sent to his address. It actually arrived at a shop on 3rd October. Contacting customer service was a waste of my time. I think the delivery charge was excessive, but more so when it took 8 days to deliver to a shop.”

“After just over 1 week after purchase, the trainers are falling apart. The ‘lip’ of the sole has already begun to tear away. After purchasing many Nike products, I know that this may happen after years of wear or not at all. A week after purchase, I don’t expect this at all and would like a full refund to purchase from a Nike or genuine sports store.”

“I purchased a pair of £535 Louboutin 'So Kate 120' shoes as a surprise for my wife. The shoes are AMAZING What wasn't so amazing is they arrived from Flannells with a "REDUCED TO £420" sticker inside. Only I paid £535 for them. Thanks a lot Cruise, I wont be using you again.”
