“Have purchased from cruise for a few years now, and I have noticed my last few purchased have not came with a zip dust bag, which used to come with your orders, and I found them great, and I use them for going on holiday, so it would be nice to have that back. And I feel the packaging of END clothing is better than Cruise, and I think cruise could step up its quality of packaging. But the shorts where great and I will buy from cruise again so it’s only a suggestion”

“Delivery charge is extortionate, opted for store delivery which took 5 working days to arrive. Competitors are able to complete orders in 1-2 business days with modest delivery charges. Spending large amounts should allow for free delivery like most other retailers. Money making scheme and I’m yet to receive my order as I am not back at work and unable to visit the store until the weekend. Items ordered on 30th JUN”

“CRUISE has been my favourite shop for the last 4 years. Your customer service is on point with very prompt responses to emails and queries. This is important to me because I live between India and UK and am shopping on your website 90% of the time. I have always had products delivered in less than a week and never a mistake with size or colour. Most importantly, CRUISE keeps a great collection of lux goods and keeps in updated on the latest trends.”
