“You’d think placing an order of almost £350 including a cap that they would box the order to prevent any damage occurring to the peak of the cap during transit. The jumper and cap which I’d bought came in a Jiffy bag, fortunately the peak of the cap was not damaged however the state that some of my parcels have arrived in the past which have just been in Jiffy bags I can imagine many items becoming damaged in transit. I’ve placed orders for far lower amounts from other reputable fashion websites and they’ve arrived in boxes to prevent any damage occurring in transit.”

“Ordered a medium top as a birthday present for my brother, when the top arrived it looked massive however the labels stated medium. I compared the top with another medium and this top looks like an XL size, will never shop with CRUISE again!!”

“Item arrived very quickly but was disappointed after spending time over £300 that i had to pay £6.99 delivery! Also disappointed that the item came in a plastic bag, again fir that amount if money i would have expected a gift box!”

“Delivery is always fast & efficient. However I think different designers have a variation of their own sizes. Maybe this could be made a little clearer under the item description as often it states ‘true to size’ which often creates a misleading view. For example Off White joggers states ‘model is...... height & wear a size ........The comparison was a massive difference. My son is almost 6ft & medium waist. Waist was perfect but length was far too long. Cruise should value their loyal customers & offer free returns.”
