“I was pleased with the service, but a bit confused when I received the ornament as I thought it would have been one unit and not two pieces so instead of being a group unit there are two separate pieces which looks strange and not a cosy unit, that I wanted of a mother, father, daughter and baby it may be better to make this one unit in the future.”

“We ordered 7 identical enamel boxes as presents for guests at a dinner party expecting them to arrive in 2-3 working days as advertised. On the 5th working day when they hadn't arrived we telephoned Crusader who explained that they didn't have enough stock and were in touch with the supplier to try and get more. After further discussion and more searching by Crusader it emerged that they had 4 of the boxes we had ordered and 3 more boxes that matched but were round instead of rectangular. As this worked well for the composition of our party guests we accepted and the items arrived shortly after. An excellent service made possible by the fact that we were able to telephone Crusader and talk to a very helpful member of its staff.”

“the products are great, however I received 2 items yesterday, one being mother and son. I had ordered mother daughter and son and although it was correctly boxed as mother and son, it had a mother, daughter and son label stuck on it. I now have the inconvenience of having to send it back.”

“The image of the item I wanted didn't tally up with what the checkout said, so I rang up to query. There was a mistake and the IT gentleman who took the call was extremely helpful, promising to look into the matter. The goods arrived and sure enough, he had kept his promise and the right item had been sent. One hundred per cent happy with the Crusader Gifts service, thank you.”
