“All okish in the end & lady I spoke to & had emails from was lovely & very helpful. BUT the product I ordered x5 which at the point of ordering AND paying was in stock according to website actually wasn't in stock, just 1 available & had been discontinued so order wasn't fulfilled & I chose substitutes. Website should be up to date with actual stock levels. Many thanks Steve.”

“What can I say a fantastic company. Great website, service, communication and delivery. Have always used Crusader Gifts for my daughters Beatrix Potter collection. When a friend of mine commented on how she loved the alphabet letters the first place I went for a gift for her new daughter was Crusader GIfts. Have now started buying the Winnie the Pooh letters and figurines for my son. Would always recommend to anyone looking for that special gift for birthday, Christmas and Christening.”
