“Beautiful toy, we already had one of these bought for our son a couple of years ago and this gift was for our friend's 2 year old. He was very pleased with the colourful vehicle and cars. Unfortunately when he threw the cab down the front grill broke off - intact with the pin so it would only need to be re-glued but never-the-less disappointing as this happened within hours of opening the toy, Lovely toy but 3 stars due to the break. I did not take it back for an exchange as our friends didn't want us to go to the trouble and felt it could be easily repaired.”

We are sorry to hear of the problem with the item you purchased. We originally got this collection in due to being inspired for our Son, and they lasted and did not break and we managed to hand them down to my nephew. The wooden toys are tested to EU Safety standards so we are concerned that you had a issue, in instances like this we are happy for you to return so that we can send back to the manufacturers and would be happy to send you a replacement.

“I am so grateful!! The item was a gift (Forget Me Not figurine) for my Mom and I put a note in the order comments box, hope that it would be scribbled somewhere for my Mom to read. Instead it was TYPED AND AMAZING!! She loved the gift and your attention to detail has left us both so happy. Just to advise that when ordering there is a add note section which is there fore customer to add a note regarding anything to do with their order. This could be delivery instructions or if you are sending as a gift to remove the invoice or even to add a note for the recipient which we will add to the order.

“I live in Australia and the postage for you to send it here was extremely high. Lookly for me I had them delivered to my mum who lives in Nottingham and she posted them to me at a fraction of the cost. You could do a lot better for your overseas customers.”

Hi Tracey, overseas orders are dependent on weight of the package, which we send via Royal Mail ISF. We do not make on this but do only charge what we are charged via Royal Mail, Best Regards
