“Ordered two candles which were on special offer which meant I qualified for free delivery. The items arrived within two days as stated and were very well packaged. Can't comment on their customer service as I didn't need to contact them. I will definitely use again.”

“Very quick delivery. Easy transaction. My only concern was that se real of the labels were puckered or slightly off centre. The candles themselves were very well packaged for postage. Overall I can recommend this company and it's very efficient service.”

“I was pleased with the service I received and the item arrived promptly and was well packed, although I see that Crusader Gifts charges a restocking fee for returns and it looks like it may not be as easy as it should be in the event that an item needs to be returned, which is why I rate them 'Good' instead of 'Very Good.'”

We can see from your order that you selected tracked 24 delivery which is a chargeable delivery service. Tracked 48 delivery is a cheaper delivery option and we have currently just changed our limit from £25 to £20.00 to qualify for free delivery to a UK delivery address.

“I ordered a John Beswick Mr Men figurine of Mr Strong and this order was placed on Thursday 17th September. The product was received in perfect condition on Monday 21st September.
