“I ordered 2 willow tree figures, warm embrace and love of learning, they are lovely. I ordered them on the 12th Feb. and they were delivered on the morning 14th Feb. I was delighted they arrived so quickly and very well packed. I would buy again from this retailer”

“I wanted a willow tree figure to buy for my friend, but our local supplier had none in that who mean something from me. I wanted something for good health as I know she's felt ill for a while. Hi GIllian, I believe we have responded to the message and you were advised that the item was returned to us. Please note that when dispatched, a confirmation of tracking information is sent to our customers to advise on how they can track the item at any time, Our office hours are open Monday - Friday 0900-1700 hours, so any message received out of hours will not be answered immediately. But we endeavour to answer all messages as soon as possible.

“Very prompt service. Well packed. Unfortunately one item was incorrect but I spoke to Suzanne and she sorted an exchange out. I did have to parcel up and go to Post Office and pay return postage but today I received message to say they were in receipt and would refund postage. So in all very good service and very pleasant to deal with”
