“The communication was excellent and the package arrived promptly in perfect condition. Unfortunately the incorrect item had been dispatched, but this mistake was immediately rectified and the correct item arrived the next day. Furthermore I was instructed to keep the first item which was delightful and I am giving to a relative! Customer service was efficient, the person I spoke to on the phone was delightful(Debbie) and emails were immediately responded to. In conclusion I would strongly recommend this company to anyone.”

“My purchase took a bit longer to arrive than I would have liked but when it arrived it was very well packaged with tissue inside its box, then wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap and then inside a sturdy cardboard box. Well done.”

“The product was excellent when received and a call to advise of a delayed delivery was appreciated, however, two follow up emails regarding a review of the delivery charge given the delay have been ignored! I have delayed my completion of this review to give every opportunity for a response to be forthcoming as the service was good up until my query. It may have be that my emails were not received but it has let the overall process down in my opinion. James”
