“The experience was very bad; there are many problems with the connection. It seems like they manipulate the data so that the system stops working or sends incorrect prices that make you lose money from your account. When you send emails to complain, they will never admit it, it’s always the operator’s fault. “This company does not keep to their words. I submitted a withdrawal request to take out all my investments with the profits and I was not approved. After I mailed support, they told me they were going to get back to me but they never did. I was mentally stressed and it was a recommendation from a family member who had been in such a situation that saved me, I was asked to contact and mail Baktrail . “My account numbers are 414277 and 415506, and I have a total of $56,481 in my account. When I withdraw in February today, they found reasons to refuse my withdrawal. I found Eightcap's customer service and account manager through the background in the early stage, and they replied that they would help me deal with it.
