“We got new windows fitted by this company and they were fine. On the strength of that we ordered a conservatory from them. I wish we hadn't. Five years down the line and we still have leaks. Our sofa has been stained 3 times because of this so when it gets cleaned this time CSJ are getting the bill. We phone them up to complain and they say someone will get back to you, they never do, I have to phone again. We have had numerous workers out to try and find/fix the leaks all to no avail. It took them from April to October 2015 to install the conservatory, They ordered the wrong cavity tray, bits of the fittings were missing from the order. This company must be the worst company in terms of communications with customers. We had tradesmen arriving when we didn't expect them and some not turning up when we did expect them. As I said at the start the window installations were fine and we are very pleased with them. Gavin the rep was very helpful and was present on the days of the fittings to ensure everything was OK. I would advise if you are thinking of ordering a conservatory from them, think again.”

“Just had our new front door fitted by Team 3 - Bryan and James, in the middle of the most horrific weather! They were excellent ambassadors for the company and carried out their job to an extremely high standard. Delighted and once again can highly recommend CSJ, having fitted new windows 18 months ago, for both price and quality of workmanship.”

“Our new door was installed last week, while very happy with product the customer service of the Team was not so good. We have used CSJ before and on the strength of previous experience both product and service, we signed on dotted line without usually shopping about. Previous installation teams have been polite, courteous and explained product on completion. The Team (Team 3) were surly and explaining after installation was an after thought. One of the team using bathroom left muddy footprints on stair carpet. There seemed to be a lack of care, including chipped paintwork. Mixed review - good quality product, however service to customer lacking with this Team.”

“The team (James, Bryan and Scott) worked very hard and completed the work in the time agreed. They were very tidy, kept the surroundings well cleaned up and outside was pretty tidy when they left too. It was a wet and windy second day which was quite unpleasant for them. Thanks lads...good job.”

“My Windows are poor and have been waiting for repairs Windows not sealed properly have used firm before and the Windows were excellent that is why I went back unfortunately this time round it has been a different and more expensive experience”

“would NEVER use again. had nothing but problems with my doors. still have not fixed the problem 😡 they don't even get back to you. been waiting a month for a decision. still no answer. would avoid at all costs. would give no stars if I could.”

I am very sorry that you feel this way. We have advised you to keep the room temperature to normal level(approximately 20 degrees) which would remedy the condensation and issue with the door. A room needs to be a adequate temperature level and ventilated for natural products like your door to maintain.

“Many thanks to your company and staff for providing a first class service in installation, customer service and after sales care. Six years after my door installation, it developed a fault. It was replaced without any quibble. So rare to get a company to uphold their guarantee, so positively. I have no hesitation in recommending CSJ to anyone considering window or door replacement.”

“I had a new door fitted this morning by Bryan and Dean, Team 3. I love the door. They were quick, efficient, very competent and cleared everything up after them. They arrived on time and were very polite and respectful. They explained the key system to me and demonstrated it clearly as well as making sure I knew how to order another one if I should need it. They were wonderful and I would certainly recommend the company to others.”

“Team 3: Bryan, Spence & James arrived on time. Very friendly, polite and professional tradesmen. They done a first class job replacing windows in very wet weather which didn't keep them from their work. All in all, a great job done by a good bunch of guys, and they even tidied up after themselves. Once again thank you. Highly recommend CSJ and their team3”
