“Made an appointment with CSJ in regards to a quote for windows and doors. Appointment was made for 8pm. I had one call from CSJ at 19:13pm which I missed as I was showing family around the house. Tried to call back at 19:55 repeatedly once I had seen the missed call however it was an answer phone to say no one was in office. After waiting 45mins past the designated time the appointment was a no show. Called next day to find out what had went wrong. Apparently because I had not answered and confirmed through the one call that I had received but unfortunately missed, my appointment was then cancelled. There was no voicemail or explanation left to say this was the case. I had tried to call back with no success. Time wasters, poor communication and poor customer service. Will be taking my business else where.”

“Turned up on time, lots of dustsheets down, had the windows replaced in just over half a day, I can't fault any of it. Their installers are polite and helpful and tidied up once complete. Well done!”

“Great job well done, from start to finish, 7 windows removed and replaced within a day and a half, all guys were happy to answer any questions we had, very clean and tidy job windows are top quality and look fantastic .”

“We had to rearrange a consultation time so that my wife and I were both available! so I cancelled an appointment I had to fit this in. No one turned up and when I queried this the following day there was no explanation as to why the Rep failed to appear. I can hardly recommend them.....”

“Very professional service from the initial sales (very non hard sell) to the office team who kept me informed at all times to the fitting guys who worked with good humour and left a very clean and tidy work place behind I LOVE my new door which feels quality and would not hesitate to use CSJ again and to highly recommend Good to use a local company”

“Wished to avoid the 'big' companies as did not want to be subjected to a 2/3 sell with ever changing price.CSJ quoted a basic price added on their stated profit and all over in under an hour.Thereafter an excellent service.Professional, friendly and tidy installers.More than happy with the outcome and would highly recommend.”

“Professional and very helpful staff that produce quick and efficient quality workmanship. Had all my external windows and doors replaced a few months ago and was so impressed that I went ahead and got all the internal doors replaced and a new stair banister installed as well. Couldn't be happier with the work carried out and wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend the company to friends, family and colleagues.”

“Bryan, Chris and brickie George were the hardworking team of professionals who created our beautiful sun room which has enhanced our home. And we love it. We had no Project Manager for a big chunk of the time due to holidays and unfortunately sickness which can't be helped. In his absence Bryan and Chris did a fabulous job reassuring us each step of the way and communication/customer care was second to none. A complete asset to cSJ in my eyes. A big thank you also to Jacqui Ferguson, Project Administrator for her professional assistance re our project.”

“I had seven windows and front and back door replaced over the course of two days. Team 3, Bryan, Dave and John were brilliant, very professional and no mess left behind. They worked non-stop and I am very happy with the installation and felt an immediate improvement on the house. Recommended.”

“Window and door were installed quickly and efficiently. Men worked cleanly and any mess was dealt with before they left the site. Nothing seemed to much hassle. There was a little remedi3work that was dealt with within 2 weeks of installation and around a time that suited us. Very happy with the service.”

“Really disappointed with the company policies of not coming out to my house to measure my windows and give me a price without both me and my wife both being in the house??? This crazy policy has just lost them our business, poor.”

“New windows from CSJ. Initial survey was followed up by a very professional arrangement of time of visit. The Team T3 of Bryan/Davie/John arrived as expected on time. They worked really well all day in installing our 8 new windows. Skill and communication of what they were doing were first class. Tidying up and a route tour of what the new windows offered was really helpful. They even tidied up the cups in the usual builders beverages!”
