“I just tried my first batch of Cure and Simple bacon. Wow. Lovely flavour; virtually no shrinkage! The cooking time is very much shorter than the water-filled variety (note to self). I'm delighted. Thank you Greg”

“Bacon arrived well packed and promptly. Immediately made a BLT. Bacon tasted great. Is it worth the money? the jury is out on that one. I will try a few more before deciding whether it represents value for money or not.”

“Optional dog proof packaging! Most companies wouldn't even consider it. And the bacon - delicious. No added water, no white scum in the pan, just a wonderful traditional flavour that I haven't tasted since I was a child in my grandmother's kitchen. Truly excellent.”
