“Received time slot for delivery 07:00 - 10:59hrs on the Wednesday 20th December 2017. Item did not arrive. looked at the internet tracking system only stated item dispatched. Phoned but 50 minutes queue. Wrote 2 emails to customer service had a reply on the 24th December to say that they were looking into it and the order was still live but they could not contact the delivery depot.
I phoned again twice on the 21st December. The fist person I spoke with was not helpful, unresponsive and frankly very rude. He needed to phone the depot but did not return the call to me. The second person was more helpful, phoned the depot and return the call but was unable to contact the depot. He said that he had phoned the manager of the depot but he had not arrive in work yet and that he would find out the information and come back to me. this did not happen. VERY POOR SERVICE AND NO CUSTOMER FOCUS.”
