Never order an appliance from Curry’s the delivery process is terrible!! The drivers are rude treat your purchase with no care or attention!!! as a result ours got damaged!!! as the drivers were obviously in a rush!! a delivery for a replacement was rescheduled but unfortunately it was the same delivery driver so he didn’t even get out the lorry just drove off with our replacement as he had a bad experience the last time he delivered our appliance!!! Therefore it was taken back to the depot and we rescheduled a delivery which was for today 20/01/2025 but the depot cancelled our replacement and sold our appliance and has refused to deliver a replacement to us!! We have been told we will not get a replacement only a manual collection for our damaged appliance and a refund!!! Which clearly won’t work!!! Why a replacement cannot be delivered with a manual collection is ridiculous !!! I forgot to mention Curry's customer service!! Well there’s not enough room here to disclose how unprofessional they are utterly useless!!! With loss of earnings and alike I have decided to go to a small claims court!!

Paid for mobile phone. Didn't recive it phoned numbers of times said it had been scanned 5 times at dpd .cancelled it 5 times .no refund and keep getting different answers every time .they will not send me any emails for evidence. This is making me ill .now they say there is 2 phones on systom .what is going on .what has happened 😡😡

Probably wouldn’t give 1 star as they are totally useless and profiteering out of the money they’re holding onto instead of refunding it. Lesson learned - never shop there ever again. I’ve waited nearly 2 months for a refund and I’ve still not received it. Fobbed off via webchat by a call centre agent who has clearly been trained to tell lies.

Without question, I will never ever buy a product online (or in store!) from Currys...I am now 32 days into waiting for my refund for good that I never recieved..
The call center people are eithee untrained on the refund policy or are trained to completely mislead you..

Totally upset, feel absolutely fed up and i haven't had my refund back, am getting no where:(
I contact Curry's on the 1st of Jan as my sons PC monitor was faulty, it had loads of lines going through it, this was bought in PC bundle.

well 14th December came and I hadn't heard anything so I got back in touch when I was told it had been escalated and to allow 24-48 hours but once again this time went and I still had not heard anything! I contacted Curry's again and again told it had been escalated now to the refund team, please allow 24-48 hours but again nothing so again I contacted them and was told they were going to manually order the refund and allow 3-5 days which again I did and nothing.
