“Everyone at CustomMade was so helpful in assisting me through the process of designing a ring my now fiancé would love! You can tell they know what they are doing because they knew what questions I was going to ask next and they would answer them before I could even ask them. I was also quite indecisive and they had so much patience with me as I flip flopped from one idea to another. Ultimately the ring they made was absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and the outcome!”

“I appreciate the work ethic and efficiency of the entire team. From the first day to the arrival date I was impressed with how often I was updated about my project and when I had a question there was only a brief time for my questions to be answered. The ring is stunning and I know that Tirzah is going to love it! I propose on the 19th of April and I am excited to hear what she has to say about the ring...and excited that she says yes...of course ;). You guys truly are amazing and I would love to see videos on your website of the production process sometime! I know that there is a lot of dust and things in the workshop but it would still be interesting to see some of the manufacturing process! Thanks again! I will be sure to add photos of the proposal!”

“I will never use any other store or company for any of my custom jewelry needs. I googled companies to help create the perfect engagement ring and reached out to soo many. CustomMade had such a detailed form that asked so many questions I wasn’t even thinking of! I was contacted in less than 24 hours and my project was started immediately. There was no delays, no lapse in a timely response, and no BS. The CAD designs really allowed me to view exactly what the final product would be. I HIGHLY recommend Custom Made and have no idea why you would even consider using any other company. Thank you CM, my experience was and continues to be truly amazing!!”

“The staff I worked with were very helpful and knowledgeable. They also were very willing to work with me through the changes that I had and worked well with my timeline of getting things together. “CustomMade is amazing. Last year, I lost a en memorandum ring for my older brother who passed in 2020. I was devastated, and hunted high and low for a company who could recreate it from pictures. I finally found CustomMade and they did a perfect job. It’s EXACTLY like the one I lost and I couldn’t be happier. 10/10 would recommend 1000%!”

“The whole experience was very professionally handled. They made sure I got all the exact details I wanted in the piece. I had never ordered anything so expensive or personal online before, so I felt a little unsure about it at first. My concerns were quickly eliminated with the excellent level of communication with the team. The final product is beautiful, exactly as I wanted. “I can not recommend this company enough. The whole process was smooth and the communication throughout the process was impeccable. “The process from beginning to end was easy and I appreciate the quick turn around on receiving my jewelry. They took my sketches and designed a pair of earrings and a bracelet. I love them! Thank you! The box my jewelry arrived in was pretty as well. I would have preferred to communicate with a live person sometimes vs 100% electronically because I like making the connection with people. That's just my preference and does not limit the 5 stars I gave Custom Made. I had to send the bracelet back to get resized, and that process was fast and easy. I think overall this is a great company to use for your jewelry designs and I would use them again. I'm thinking about a necklace/pendant now. Thank you, Tracy”

“I was looking for a very specific design for my engagement ring and couldn't find exactly what I wanted and then I came across CustomMade. They made exactly what I had in my head become a reality. “I started my journey a couple months before I knew I was going to ask my(now fiance, she said yes) girlfriend to marry me. I told them what I liked and what she liked and they gave me some very beautiful options. From that point on we honed it down to a beautifuly unique piece, that you won’t find any where else.
