“Everyone at CustomMade was so helpful in assisting me through the process of designing a ring my now fiancé would love! You can tell they know what they are doing because they knew what questions I was going to ask next and they would answer them before I could even ask them. I was also quite indecisive and they had so much patience with me as I flip flopped from one idea to another. Ultimately the ring they made was absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and the outcome!”

“Excellent service and response time. Beautiful craftsmanship, both my wife and I were extremely happy with the end result. I did have an issue with my ring design (in regards to some surfaces that could not be polished) that took about 3-4 weeks to come up, that almost caused it to be delayed beyond when I needed it by. However upon bringing this up customer service was more than happy to help expedite my order to have it arrive on time.”

“I had a vision of the ring to be given to my fiancée, wanting that contained her preferences while still representing a bit of myself. I wanted the ring to be as beautiful and unique as my bride. A couple days after explaining my desire an artist delivered an image that exceeded my expectations. From there the process was quick and simple. The initial delivery date had the ring arriving after my fiancée was to leave. Custommade ensured that the ring arrived before could happen. The reaction of my bride made the decision to use the service for the wedding bands obvious. Using the same artist once again, the final product exceeded expectations, creating a truly breathing taking piece of jewelry to place on my wife’s finger, something she will never want to remove.”

“Had them make a custom piece of our Family Shield for a necklace. They showed me all the things they were capable of with adding coloring, engraving and textures. Discussed with me the advantages and disadvantages of each option and experiences they had with each. Really helped me with picture renderings and of my options to help me see what my project would look like. Great experience and it came out exactly like it showed in the renderings. I was ecstatic and proud of what we created for my family. I even came back 2 years later and had another made for my son so he could have one to pass down to his son. They brought up the original and was able to have it recreated again and any changes if I needed. Excellent customer service!! They provided great communication on what was going on and updates on each step of the process. I will definitely use them again in the future.”

“I'm not a customer who will normally leave reviews on the sites bu. For this company I will Bridget the employee I was talking with throughout the design process was always quick with responding and was very clear with explaining what some charactistics were. The company as a whole was very understanding when I was sorting out funds when payments were due. The only thing I might like to see on this front is an option to pay upfront when the product enters production. Overall was an extremely enjoyable experience highly recommend”
