“Can't praise this company enough. I got 3 rings from Custommade. 1 engagement ring and 2 wedding bands. The staff at Custommade kept me updated on the production of the ring from making the ring to it getting on m doorstep. They helped me pick out stones, ring metal, and anything else to make sure I had the ring I would fall in love with. This company doesn't ghost you or leave you hanging about information, tracking, etc. Custommade made sure I was pleased with the ring before they shipped it to me. Again, I can't thank/ praise them enough. Thank you so much custom-made.”

“The process was streamline and my requests were understood. I never felt like my issues were trivial. We had some issues with UPS but it was not customs fault. The only request I would make is the ability to pick your shipping company. < I didn't ask if this was a option > if it is make this a 5 star review”

“I had a great time choosing the custom ring for my engagement here. Every little detail came out so perfect and I was able to approve every change. Even when we ran into a hiccup when the center stone broke Emily helped me pick a new one asap and the engagement couldn’t have gone better! Thank you CM!”

“The impressive part of the whole experience was communication. Each phase of the process is assigned to a specific person who will keep you informed of their progress. You have several opportunities to view the design before production begins. Once production begins, the final product is ready for review giving you the opportunity to make any minor changes before shipping. I received my ring within the time stated and was very satisfied with the results. You will not be disappointed in the results.”

“Everyone at Custom Made was wonderful! Responses were timely, they made suggestions and were also great at implementing the changes we asked for. I also really appreciated their patience, as there was a period when I was very busy and didn't respond for a long time, yet they picked the project up exactly where it left off. I also appreciated their commitment to making a great product. When it came time for production, they told us when it didn't meet their quality control, repeated the producition, and still met our timeline. We are very happy with the final ring and are sure that it will last a lifetime!”
