“After a few unsuccessful attempts to find a ring for my fiancé in store, I decided to give CustomMade a try - and I'm so glad I did! The team was super patient with me through the design and gem procurement phases (~2 months). They were always willing to answer my questions and work with me to tweak the design. Even with me being indecisive and slowing down the process, I was still able to get the ring by my planned proposal date. The end result is a ring that is unique to my fiancé that she absolutely loves! I couldn't recommend them more.”

“The entire team at Custom Made is excellent as is the finished product. It is incredible that it was possible to take my idea for a 50th wedding anniversary ring, my rudimentary drawing and basic design parameters, go through their process and produce a ring that is better than I had imagined. Every step in their process makes you more confident that they understand what you desire to accomplish. All the members of my design team were dedicated to ensuring that I was happy before going to the next step in the manufacturing process. I never felt pressured or hurried to make a decision. They all were professional, friendly and extremely creative. Their attention to detail is superb and it shows. This ring is unique, it is what I wanted and it is beautifully crafted. My thanks for making this dream become a reality. I'm proud to say you all will be forever joined to us as we celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary.”

“At first, I had my doubts about using a custom ring website just because that’s how I am as a person. But going with the risk, this was one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. “I have ordered two custom made rings from Custom Made. they were very responsive and took my idea and made it a reality. it was very special to me for a memorial moment. Not only did they make it a reality, but they did it timely and kept me informed every step of the way. In addition, they created a second ring the same way! This meant alot to me and I will definately use them in the future.”

“It was exactly what I was looking for. A custom ring made exactly to my specifications. They nailed it! The design process, the pricing, the execution and delivery was perfection. “I want to first say that the experience of crafting a unique ring with CustomMade was incredible. When I first started looking for a ring I accidentally stumbled upon this service, and I really mean accidentally as I thought I had clicked onto a different site. Nevertheless, I was impressed by how many customization options there were to start with and was amazed by the friendly and extremely responsive staff. I'm a very impatient and nervous man when it comes to spending large amounts of money online as I have been scammed once before so I was very skeptical. Their process for crafting rings is also something to behold and has an incredible amount of flexibility. I sent reference images and preferences to them and they responded with a sketch that featured aspects of everything I'd sent. It felt great having their experts with me every step of the way and to have the process guide available at all times. The finished product...far better than I had expected and the pictures do not do it justice. Sure, you can go to Kay's or Jared's and get a ring in a fraction of the time, but if you want a completely one of a kind ring I Honestly cannot think of a better service. I will forever sing their praise and will definitely be using them again in the future.”

“Emily and her staff were so friendly and accommodating to my needs. They offered innovation when I was stuck and were very supportive of any questions and critiques I had whether I had specific examples or not. Not to mention their responsiveness exceeded my expectations as they did not let my messages linger longer than an hour. The product is absolutely gorgeous and arrived well before the big day. It fit perfectly in my budget and is the only product like it out there. I highly recommend them.”
