“I designed a unique engagement ring that incorporated a lot of different gemstones and settings. Along the way the representatives were very timely with there responses anytime I had a question or concern. If I needed to tweak or adjust anything they were willing to make those adjustments and show me new renderings leading to a very satisfying end piece. I would 100% recommend custom made to help bring your creation to life.”

“A simple, straightforward process for buying a ring. I don't have much experience in the area to be honest. But having someone each step of the way was extremely helpful. And the ring is unique from others, truly one of a kind.”

“The process was well laid out and allowed for creative control throughout. Communication was great at each step in the process and we had awareness of all progress and necessary decision points. The design team was very helpful and ensured that our vision was executed in full. The overall timeline was very reasonable. Quality of the rings is great and they look even more lovely in person than the photographs could capture. We would absolutely recommend your company to friends, getting a custom design is complrable in price and allows you to get every deatail just right.”

“I worked with CustomMade to create an engagement ring and then both wedding bands for me and my soon-to-be wife and I couldn’t be happier with my choice of company. They were very responsive and informative all while being very professional and particular with all of my questions and requests. Quality of the rings themselves is incredible especially at the affordable price points - my fiancée still doesn’t take her eyes off her engagement ring months later! Shipping was smooth and fast and I throughly enjoyed getting a small box of gifts with each of the rings - a very nice touch that made me feel as the company really cared about the service and products they provide. Overall, 10/10 experience, will likely return to have some other jewelry made in the future!”

“This is my third time using CustomMade.com. This one was a very important piece as it was to replace my lost wedding ring. I've been married for 20 years and we went through so much in the beginning of my marriage starting out, that it has been such an important symbol of continuity, respect, communication and honesty. I was so saddened to have to replace it, however, I was so glad that the people at CustomMade.com took the time to work with me on creating something almost exact to the original, if not better. My husband was floored with the results as well and we are very glad that such an important symbol of our devotion was able to be recreated. Thank you so much.”

“Everyone that worked on my prodgect was so welcoming and gave a lot of detail so I knew what was happening wich soothed my anxiety a lot. Even when I did get anxious about the payment method and what happens to my info they where quick to reasure me and let me know a breif overview as to what happneds since I am used to using one you guys don't use.”

“I have worked with CustomMade several times in the past, and they never seem to disappoint. My grandfather passed away last year, and I wanted to get something that would always remind me of him. I had a pendant made, and I was a bit nervous at first. However, when I received the final product, I was blown away by how accurate the pendant was compared to how my grandfather looked. “From start to finish Custom Made have gone out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and happy with the product they were giving me. Every step of the way their staff were knowledgeable and professional and importantly very patient with me as I changed my mind and added more details as the project progressed. Ultimately what I recieved was a beautiful custom engagement ring that was better than what I asked for and completely one of a kind. I was given information about the process of creation through every step and advised if there were any issues immediatly so I could make decisions on what to do. Whenever I noticed something I wanted changed I was never made to feel like a problem and was always treated with kindness and respect throughout the entire process. I honestly couldnt have had a better experience and the final outcome was just spectacular. Could not be more happy with Custom Made and could not recommend them more highly. Special thanks to Abby, Irene, Kash, and Matt for all their efforts throughout the process and the wonderful engagement ring they created for me.”
