“I was pleasantly surprised with this whole experience. Custom companies can be iffy on lots of things like quality and service. A little back story to set the scene, I graduated college in May ‘21. A brand new bachelors degree and the college had no a idea how to handle the situation they created. They had Jostens class rings and that’s all I have to say about that disappointing company, their quality is cheap. I wanted a class ring because it’s was a gigantic accomplishment in my life and I want something to remind my triumph, and it wasn’t going to be a three hundred dollar high school ring. Plus my SO graduated from Clemson and I was maybe a little jealous if his ring. I had to get a custom class ring because no company had access or refuse to do a school they were associated with, and that’s how I found CustomMade. I am not a creative person. I don’t do the best job at putting my creative ideas into words. So I knew this journey would probably take some time. I had no reference pictures, other than logos of my college and my story. Their customer service is AMAZING and I say that because I know I am a difficult person. I am not a Karen but I’m not going to paid anything for something I’m not in absolute love with. So I gave them my ideas and they made them into digital rings. Which what was the word for wonderful because I want to see you what it’s gonna look like before I buy it. I had tons of ideas, it was about 20 different rings we went through in a 8 month long process. Obviously I took a very long time because I am extremely picky person. I was honestly worried they were going to throw in the towel with every little change I wanted to make or even just a concept I wanted to see. They never did and each idea I had or they suggested took about 3 days to design. It was wonderful to go through all of my ideas because if I hadn’t I would be thinking “oh I wonder what it would look like if I did this instead?” And now that I know all the possibilities I can enjoy my class ring to the fullest. I LOVE my ring, I wanted something dainty but not super small and I wanted a dome shape but not masculine. CustomMade has the best quality in metals. My is 10k yellow gold and it’s wonderful. I also have smallish fingers and I wasn’t positive on my size for the ring and they sent me the best ring sizing kit I’ve ever seen. It was plastic set of rings that you could Try on, which was fabulous. I fidget a lot with things that I wear so I wanted something small enough that I couldn’t fidget it off but I could eventually takeoff. And then they offer .25 sizes so my size is 6.25. It fits so well, I love wearing it. It also came in a superb ring box. I have received so many compliments on my ring and now my SO and I do a little “ring tap” whenever we doing something smart. I will be coming back for all of my jewelry needs because I’m never satisfied with things from the store, thousands of people have those. Plus I can tell these wonderful people an idea of what I want and they can make it.”

The team ensured that my custom ring was absolutely perfect given the specifications I provided and kept me informed every step of the way. The payment process being split into three separate payments was a fantastic option in case One did not have the entire cost upfront. “Overall, my experience with CustomMade in making a custom signet ring was very positive. There was plenty of communication from the very beginning with reaching out to discuss the design, the draft, the mold, through production and shipment. The only slight aspect I would say could be improved is from design to the model, I had to rediscuss the idea and address aspects of the design I had addressed in the step before (centering and what aspects were more important). Otherwise, I love the final product and think this is an excellent company to work with. I will certainly be reaching out to them again for work.”

“Customade made 2 rings for me and they were just as i designed them , communication was great , they keep you in the making process the whole time.I recommend spending plenty of time on your design so as to get what you really want and the process doesnt take long. The quality of work is outstanding in fact im thinking of altering a third ring , im very satisfied and suggest customade for your projects , and im not getting paid to say this nor do i work here.”

“From start to finish the CustomMade customer service has been amazing. They give timely responses and were able to work with me to create the perfect engagement ring. The user interface on the website is very easy to use and perfect for someone that has no idea where to start. The process is well laid out and intuitive with the help of a real person who can walk you through everything. As for the cost, you are paying for a custom ring at retail prices.
