“They were very polite and allowed me to work through the process of making the ring on my time frame. They took my ideas and Pinterest and built my ring and allowed me to make any changes at anytime. The ring came out perfect and I have no doubt my future fiancé will love it.”

“I went into getting an engagement ring blindly. CustomeMade answered all of my questions (no matter how tedious), patiently and kindly. I shifted designs halfway through and they were eager to help. The customer service was fast! And human! This project was made exciting and fun thanks to them. I ended up with a unique beautiful engagement ring! Even after receiving the ring, the customer service didn’t end and they helped me with insurance for the ring. I am beyond happy with this company.”

“It was a bit slow to start with, there was some confusion on what i was requesting but once everyone was in the same page THE FINAL PRODUCT IS BEAUTIFUL! everything we wanted and more! Reliabke fast responses and Co-operative and friendly staff! Smooth sailing! Second time I've ordered via here and ill definitely come back! Couldnt recommend enough”

“The CustomMade team works persistently to get your piece looking exactly how you want it, even if you’re not totally sure what you want at first. Being able to purchase and create something so important online might feel like a risk, but it doesn’t take long to know you’re in good hands with this company. They want it perfect, just like you. Their process is highly communicative and flexible, I cannot recommend them enough. My wife and I were both so happy with our engagement rings and wedding bands, we’re going to love them forever!”

“Custom Made has made my engagement ring buying experience very easy and delightful. All of my questions were answered when I asked and it's exciting to receive updates every step of the way. I started my project off with just a random picture my girlfriend found on the internet and Custom Made gave me every option I needed in terms of materials and stones. They narrowed down the diamonds that I wanted and made sure to give me the documentation along with them. My design process went through a lot of changes and everything I wanted to adjust they adjusted in the sketches and computer designs. There was a point where I needed to put a pause on my project for a week and they were able to pause it and resume the project exactly when I wanted. The response time from everyone that I was communicating with through the chat was relatively quick and everyone was very nice over the chat. I would recommend them to anyone looking for any custom jewelry.”

“CustomMade was a wonderful experience. I went in knowing little-to-nothing about the process of having a ring made and came out on the other side with a beautiful ring and VERY satisfied fiancè! Each member of the group I spoke with throughout the process was patient, understanding and very willing to work with any requests I made and encouraged creativity all the while. Quite frankly, it was a memorable experience and I will %100 use them again! Thank you!!”
