“This was a remake of a lost ring. I made some minor changes and am very happy with the result. The constant updates as well as prompt apprisals of problems kept my mind at ease. End result is a ring even better than I anticipated after a seamless process.”

“I wanted to wait a few months before writing this review but I am finally confident in saying that this whole prowess and the product delivered exceeded all my expectations! The people are professional, personable and full of knowledge. They really adopt your special occasion and want to be a meaningful part of it. I came in with a pretty simple design for my wife’s engagement ring and they went out of their way to source a matching stone to my own ring (also made with this company!) and make my whole vision come to life. The turn sound time was quick and the final product was jaw droppingly perfect! We have been wearing our rings daily for a few months now and they are in perfect condition and we love them more and more each day! Thank you to Custom Made for helping with such a monumental moment in our life. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an easy and confident shopping experience (and do often!)”

“I’ve worked with CustomMade three times now with excellent results every time. The design process was thorough but straightforward and the production timing is reasonable. Pricing is fair. I’ve appreciated their attention to detail and online platform that keeps all project docs and progress reports in one location. My wife loves her engagement ring, wedding band, and push present ring for our latest family addition. We recommend CustomMade enthusiastically to all that ask and those that don’t as well ;).”

“I wasn't happy with the communication during my project. Ultimately it worked out, but it took much longer than expected. It was a bit of a headache at times, and at one point I was pressured to accept a piece I had clearly stated I wasn't happy with.”

“Spoke with a few designers and they got to work and made my perfect ring. 💍 Took a few co-signs and we got to the final design. Now it’s been made and it’s now In my hand it looks incredible! Truely beautiful!! Before they made it I got to see 3d rendering designs of it and also had it engraved”

To be honest, I didn’t know what to expect and that’s where CustomMade stepped in with thorough information on the company and process. They took both me and my design wishes very seriously with continual communication and clarification during each step. The outcome of my piece was a perfected replica of my submitted drawing and absolutely stunning. I will be presenting the jewelry to my soon-to-be husband on our wedding day and anyone that is already privy to and has seen the piece has been in awe as well as in tears because of how stunning and remarkable it is.
