“This has been my nest experience with a purchase of any kind. I essentially designed a matching ring set for my future fiance and I. From beginning to end we were introduced to professional, easy going agents and although each step requires a different specialist, the pass off was seamless. Quick responses, efficient communication and understanding. CustomMade.com turned my wishes into real life. I'm really, really looking forward to wearing this set for the rest of my life and cannot wait for the shock and compliments it will bring. While all of this is nice, it is truly a blessing to have this come to life and the real gift is having something completely unique, elegant and very sentimental to me. Delivery was much faster than we thought it would be and although I was skeptical about online design and the blind trust that goes with it, the quality speaks for itself. I am highly satisfied, impressed and grateful I chose CustomMade.com If you have any hesitations as I did, I can say it is well worth it.”

“Wow. Just wow. I am blown away. This has been such a wonderful experience. I had a few ideas coming into this process, and the team here did an amazing job of bringing those ideas to life while also giving me some exciting suggestions I would not have considered otherwise. If you are going to do a custom engagement ring, this is the place to do it. Other online sellers have custom pieces as a secondary part of their business, and it shows, but at CustomMade, it was clear from the start that they were committed to doing things the right way, to listening to my priorities and wants, and to making sure every detail of the process was smooth and fun. The response time was always fast, and I always had a point of contact who was professional, kind, and knowledgeable about the current step of the process. 11/10 would recommend. This has been a great experience and other online sellers should take some notes. Now I am more eager than ever to propose. Not only am I excitedly looking forward to engagement and marriage, but now I have a ring that I just cannot wait to show my girlfriend and share with her.”

“When we first started looking for our rings, we could only find rings that were sort of close to what we wanted but there was always a detail that wasn’t quite right and it felt disappointing. Making appointments and going all over the place to visit jewelers just to view something we didn’t love was getting discouraging and we always left having so many questions. Then we found CustomMade! The overall experience with CustomMade was impressive, pleasant, and really exceeded our expectations. The process of discovering our rings from exploring materials and designs, to the concept art, to 3D rendering, to the final product was fun and exciting. There was never any pressure or feelings of gimmicky sales pitches, and every stage of the process was clearly outlined right on the website. Everyone on the CustomMade team was professional, polite, and answered any and all of our questions quickly. They were supportive and helpful when we had questions or wanted to make any changes until we reached perfection! We couldn’t have imagined a better experience to get the exact rings we’ve always wanted. We were thrilled with the final product. Thank you to everyone at CustomMade!”

“The Best experience!!! I don’t like to buy online, but I Do recommend Custom Made to anyone who wishes to create something Personal and special. Since day one and throughout the whole process the personal of Custom Made were very helpful, active, punctual and patient 😍 We exchanged so many messages until I was happy with the design. “The best experience i think i could have had for this process. They made me feel special and significant throughout the entire making of the ring. I was constantly given updates and information on the ring the whole time. Anytime i had a questions i had a response within minutes and with such detail and professionalism. I could not be any happier with the Custommade crew and all of their help. I will always recommend them for anybody in the future who is looking to make the next step with their significant other. “What can I say but this shop is the best of the best they have literally brought impossible jewellery to life there’s never a project out of there realm of amazing expertise, they keep you updated continuously and are always willing to tailor to your needs and budget, they have a great team and go above and beyond to fulfil even my most outlandish ideas, there custom pieces are un paralleled and the finished product exceeds all expectation they have gained a loyal customer for life with me and I would highly recommend them to anyone else. I approached many “supposed master jewellers” and none of them could even contemplate my vision let alone execute it perfectly and even better then I envisioned.”
