“CustomMade was fantastic! They answered all my questions promptly and were very helpful. I requested a change during the process. They took the time to explain why that design choice is made, and suggested several edits that could be made and the repercussions of each one, allowing me to make final say. Gemstone selection was very easy. Ring design was based on all of my input. This was an overall fantastic experience!”

“CustomMade went above and beyond all expectations. I had a ring made in memory of my brother, who passed away in a tragic accident this April. I just cannot stop admiring this beautiful ring! The attention to detail is impeccable. Charlie, Rafa, & Nix were super helpful and informative every step of the way. I'm grateful to all who worked on this project. I cannot thank everyone enough. I recognize the fact that they work with numerous people and situations, but this experience was exceptionally personal and special for me. “I would like to take a minute to thank the entire custom made team for an amazing experience in helping me design a memorable piece of jewelry. When I first looked into making custom jewelry the internet was full of sponsored ads and it almost seemed overwhelming for me. I had to do a lot of research before I settled on CustomMade.com; when I decided to move forward in discussion I was initially very hesitant because it was an internet based company that had no home office or brick and mortar site at the time and I worried that it may be a scam. I did my research on several different review sites and better business bureau and found no concerning commentary but rather to the contrary lots of good reviews! This helped to put my mind at ease I then began discussing with them my ideas for a custom piece and the more I worked with them the more I realized their level of professionalism and dedication to delivering an amazing product. By the time I had the first 3D-rendering completed I felt completely at ease with the team at cCustom Made but it was no easy journey coming to the final product for I had many ideas and could not come to any decisive resolutions until much time had passed. This passing of time did not deter them and when I went silent they sent emails every once in a while to check in on me and eventually when I was ready to resume my design with fresh ideas, we did so. After a year and a half of back and forth for lack of my own motivation and inspiration (through no fault of their own) we finally came up with the design which was truly inspired and original and one I cherish. Once I was settled on the design they were able to complete, from start to finish, a product that still amazes me every time I see it. Made and shipped to my door, in one month...imagine an exquisite platinum diamond and sapphire ring being created in design for a year and then in the actual completion time being able to be created in one month... it's just mind boggling, yet here it is, this beautiful piece of art that I absolutely love! The entire team was truly incredible and I can say without any uncertainty I will be buying more products from them in the future! thank you all very much for such a wonderful experience!”

“I am thrilled with my ring...even happier than I expected to be. I had bought a very inexpensive ring that i loved and decided I wanted it turned into a "real" ring. Every step of the process was laid out easily and very simple to follow. Each person I had contact with listened to my wishes and the outcome was PERFECT!!”

“Everything from talking about the initial piece to receiving it & seeing it turned out was amazing. I knew very little about things such as jewelry, stones, materials, ect, but everyone I talked to did an amazing job at being patient and explaining things to me. The ring I got in the end blew me and, everyone else I have shown so far, away with how it came out. The pricing was not bad at all either & the entire team did an amazing job at communicating everything that's being charged & how much it costs. Even when they forgot to include a price for a detail I wanted for my ring, they communicated that with me & ending up covering the cost since it was not mentioned. Overall I am very happy with the entire experience & highly recommend using custommade for anyone who is looking at getting high quality custom made jewelry. :)”

“I can’t believe how easy it was to design my finances ring of her dreams. I couldn’t find anything online that fit her requests for a ring and when I found custom made and did my consult I knew this is where I was going to purchase from. Everyone was so helpful, when I didn’t love an aspect of it, they changed it. I highly recommend them.”

“Custom Made is a lifesaver. I had spent months trying to find the perfect ring and going on so-called "custom ring" websites. The only thing custom about them was the size of the ring. Then I found Custom Made and my dreams came true. I was able to 100% design the ring for my now fiance. Everything was so simple and easy! The communication was constant and consistent. I would always get a reply by the end of the day. Although the ring was a very reasonable price, I unfortunately had some finanical issues during that year. The people at Custom Made were paitent and understanding and never rushed me to make a payment. My favorite part about the process was knowing how the ring was made and the different processes they were using. It was delightful and enlightening. When the box came is was absolutely stunning. It came with a cute little kit with everything I could possible need for the proposal. Custom Made continuously went above and beyond every step the process.”

“I came across Custom Made while doing research for a custom jewelry store for an engagement ring. The team at Custom Made went way beyond my expectations! Everyone on the team was professional and very knowledgeable, all the way from the beginning design phase to the final product. At every step, the team gives you complete control over every decision, and are not satisfied until you are. The engagement ring came out PERFECTLY and was exactly what I had envisioned from the start. I cannot recommend Custom Made enough. 5 stars in EVERY single way!”

“I can honestly say that we had the best experience designing my fiancés wedding ring. We originally started out with everything being in his name so he could communicate his direct design requests, but we were able to transition it over mid design in order for me to incorporate a special surprise for him without issue or complications.
