“I was looking to get something for my wife for our 20th anniversary. The entire process felt like Custom made’s team had only two thing in mine: 1. Making sure I’m happy and satisfied with my project. 2. Making sure my wife will go wow!! when she gets her gift. Each and everyone of the team I talked to went above and beyond, and my wife reaction when she got it was priceless. To summarize, I’ll just put it in one word - Amazing. “I purchased a ring from CustomMade just prior to Christmas 2021. The process was easy, I was well informed and the communication during each step was outstanding. I was thoroughly impressed with the fact that I took a picture of a ring my wife saw and could turn her dream into a reality and not only feel comfortable about the decision but amazed at the results. “It was absolutely great! I had some ideas and sent some inspiration images and the designs that were sent back were like "whoa!" They totally opened up the possibilities and together we worked on the final product. While the final product did end up being above my initial budget, I got the ring I wanted - AND she said yes! And we've gotten so many wonderful comments about the ring! It's awesome.”
