I even had a sudden deadline (let them know I wanted to expedite the formation and delivery of the ring with very little notice) and they got the ring to me - hand-crafted, polished and all - within days! They were even accomodating after-the-fact and they make free adjustments for 30 days after you've recieved the ring! Also, it is very much worth mentioning the adorable packaging the ring comes in paired with a proposal survival kit and all of the proper documentation needed to insure your ring.
