I was quite nervous about going through a custom designed ring process with an online jeweler but CustomMade absolutely made me feel comfortable and involved in all phases of the project. My project manager, Stephanie, was excellent with communication and you can tell that she was very experienced in this process. My custom design was unique in that I possessed my own center piece stone, which I thought would lead to potential issues regarding shipping, insurance, etc. but CustomMade handled everything professionally, used my stone, and gave very fair pricing for their service! I would highly recommend CustomMade!
