Customer service is amazing the team is very responsive and catered to all my requirements, the item looks just as I hoped and delivery time was met even as they had to ship to the UK (import charges to UK are quite expensive so bear this in mind) However I would definitely return to more pieces in the future.

They were able to create a set of rings that are truly unique and perfectly matched to my personality and passions (DNA theme on the band because I am a science nerd and work in gene therapy). I'm honestly quite pleased with the service I received. The communication was lovely, and the patience with design changes or questions was perfect! The only thing I was slightly disappointed with is that the blue topaz in my ring doesn't really have a "shine" to it. Which is okay because it might be due to it being lab grown or not having as many faces/facets cut into it as I expected.
