I was communicated with throughout the entire process- but, not in a pushy way at all! Once my design was perfected, I paid my deposit and my rings went into production! The final payment was not due until my rings were complete and photographed for my approval! I was worried about the price of such a wonderful service- it wasn't a concern! We found CustomMade to be very reasonable and even better priced than some of the pieces we had looked at in stores.

CustomMade really does have the top notch service and product that they claim to have. My girlfriend soon to be fiancé just gave me photos as inspiration and I added a few personal touches to the beautiful sketches and 3D renders they made for me. Their responses were kind and timely.
