“I recently had the pleasure of working with Custom Made to design a bridal set of rings, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The design process took a couple of attempts to get just right, and the 3D mock-up needed one round of edits to perfectly match my preferences. Despite these adjustments, the team was incredibly patient and attentive throughout. One of the standout aspects of my experience was their dedication to finding the perfect center stone. I had a specific stone in mind that wasn’t listed on their website, but they went above and beyond to source it from their gem distributors. This level of commitment truly impressed me. Overall, the experience was fantastic. The individuals I worked with were very helpful, and the final rings turned out amazing—better than I had ever expected. I would give Custom Made a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a custom-made ring.”

“The professionals you work with are very helpful and supportive in helping you achieve your desired outcome so long as it is within the realm of possibility. The process is also quick and efficient. The only con to this process is that it was somewhat difficult to communicate changes to the design as part of the design process, but the final product was even better than expected.”

“Using CustomeMade was an extremly convinent and easy process. Every representative that I comunicated with throughout the process of making my engagement ring was very polite, respectful, and helpful. I was initally concerned with how expensive the ring would be as i was on a tight budget. However I knew that I did not want to get a genaric ring for the woman who is now my fiance. (she said yes) This cocern soon washed away however as there was no charge until my initial ring design was completed. On top of that the staff was very helpful in comunicting what specific changes would effect the cost. Ovreall I could not be happier with my expireince and result from CustomeMade.”

“I searched far and wide for an engagement ring perfect to propose to my partner. After searching for months, I finally decided to find a company to design it to my specifications. That's when I found Custom Made. From start to end they were professional, knowledgeable, and produced results I wasn't only happy with but EXCITED to see. The urgency, professionalism, and expertise from each individual I worked with was top knotch. I can not express my gratitude enough. “I have had custommade work on two of my projects now and from start to finish and even afterwards they’re absolutely the best. They are quick to communicate, they offer great recommendations and explain why they’re recommending it, they’re so fast to get your piece from an idea to design to completing it. I cannot recommend them enough for anything you need wether it be engagement rings or necklaces to bracelets they will handle anything you need done with complete professionalism and a great price.”

“Having started my engagement very untraditionally (fiancé proposed without a ring, and I said yes), I was honored and honest quite startled at the prospect of finding a ring that I felt comfortable wearing for the rest of my life. Custommade literally made all that stress dissipate. I started with a picture, similar to the end product I wanted, and these folks did everything (and I mean everything) in their power to make that happen. There were months I had to go without being in contact with these guys (on my end, of course) and when I messaged them, I ALWAYS got a response back promptly. Genuinely, I cannot reccommend these guys enough. Thank you to the team who helped design the ring that I get to treasure for the rest of my life! And if you're on the fence about it, give them a try, I promise you won't be disappointed in them.”

“This was a fantastic experience! From the first message sent until the ring arrived, the team at Custom Made ensured that I was informed. That was the most impactful aspect to me was the communication. The roadmap was clear from the start and it made the process of getting a ring online actually much more enjoyable than going into store. “Each engagement in this very simple process was delightful. I learned a lot and felt I was lead in the right direction at each turn. The final result is brilliant and cherished by my soon to be fiance. I provided an image of what we can all agree is an edited ideal. But the final result brought that to life in a way that feels special and fit my budget. I don't know how complex my expectations were compared to others, but I felt that the nuances were respected all the same. Each person I engaged with was knowledgeable and patient. I would certainly recommend this experience or others.”

“The experience crafting an engagement ring for my girlfriend was better than i could have hoped. Everyone involved at each point in the process was knowldegable, communicative, a good guide when I needed and a supporter when I needed. The team moves quickly through the process but only in an efficient way, not a rushed way. I never felt pressured to make my decision any faster than I did, and I went through a few initial design changes before settling on my one of a kind final design. The build quality, photographs taken, and gemstones are professional grade, top quality, but somehow the ring is just as perfect in person. She will treasure the completely unique look her ring has, and I couldn’t have done it without the Team at CustomMade. I’m so happy!”
