“I knew I wanted to make a custom ring to propose to my girlfriend with and found CustomMade. After browsing their site and looking at some of their other creations, I had an idea in mind and got the process started on my engagement project. After a bit of time, I was reached out to with some comparison rings that matched what I was looking for in regards to price and type. After giving the okay, Abby reached out to me and we began the process of designing my custom ring. The process was amazing and the CustomMade team kept in touch and made sure I was comfortable at every step of the process. When the actual ring arrived, it was more beautiful than I could ever have hoped and it is truly one of a kind. The whole experience was amazing and I would recommend them to anyone!”

“This was a wedding present to my brother and it landed perfectly. It was the talk of the wedding and I was really happy with the finished product. The end to end service was really great - fast communication and dedicated responses. It was also great to receive the 3D renders to get a feel for what the finished product would look like and I appreciate the effort into producing multiple renders to help me with my decision.”

“This is the second time i have used Custom Made for rings and it is not just a great finished product but a fantastic experience. From the designing staff to finished product they stay in contact to ensure you are up to date amd everything is up to your standards. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting a ring made to their exact desired outcome. I personally will be using them two more times and cant wait to do so.”

“Custom Made created a beautiful ring for my fiancé’s wedding band! They were very easy to work with and fast to reply to messages! Now my fiancé and I can have wedding bands that match each other! Very talented and beautiful work! Their ring sizing kit and recommendations for sizing were spot on! My fiancé loves his ring and we’re so excited to exchange bands at our ceremony! It was a wonderful experience! I have recommended this company to many of my friends :) Reasonably priced for all the work and time that goes into it!”

“I had been looking from location to location to find my dream ring for my fiance but nothing was perfect so i elected to come to custom made! they were execptional and i had a really tight timeline they quoted me Oct 1 but with their amazing team i receiving my order early on sept 24! the ring is exceptional and everything i hoped for thank you !!”

“I ran across custom made website when looking to get my wife an anniversary gift. Was slightly hesitant due to never ordering any custom jewelry. Through the entire process of just designing and quoting someone from the project team was constantly in contact with me and it wasn’t automated it was an actual person talking me through the design. Once the design was agreed on, the team building the piece messaged me through the whole process of building it. Once it was complete which was much faster than anticipated, they sent me pictures and videos of the final product. Shipping was even easier they had it to me within three days. All said and done I will be going through them again for more custom jewelry.”

“I cannot recommend CustomMade enough! From start to finish, the experience was beyond positive. The team was incredibly kind, communication was plentiful, and the process was completely stress-free. The photos of my ring were stunning and professionally done. The price was significantly lower than brick-and-mortar stores, and the ring was designed exactly how I wanted. Shipping was quick, and the ring even comes with a one-year warranty for the accent stones and a certificate of authenticity for the center stone. On top of all that, it arrived with a little proposal survival package, which was a thoughtful touch I wasn’t expecting and honestly tied the whole process together. Compared to traditional ring shopping, this experience was truly exceptional. I couldn’t be happier and will recommend to anyone shopping for a ring that I know.”

“My experience was very good. I had an idea of exactly what I wanted. While i was not able to incorporate obsidian (an honestly uncommon request) the people I worked with were very helpful. Provided pictures and confirmed things with me. Before the first payment of similar ring based on my idea. Price estimates were clear and presented. As I was able to be clear about my ideal ring, getting a mock up and being able to prove it was enjoyable and quick. I was able to get responses in about 24 hours and I was a approve updates and keep the process moving. For me it took about 30 days from first contact to completed plan and delivery. If you are less sure of the jewelry you want or dont keep on top of communication I can imagine it can take much longer. I made two nearly identical rings.”

“I came to Custom Made with an idea for an engagement ring. I was quickly assigned a project manager, Tinsley, who walked me through every step and made sure I had everything I needed and understood the process. The process was quick and easy, much more so than I anticipated for a custom engagement ring! Custom Made began my project on 8/14/25 and I had my ring by 9/23/25. I cannot say enough good things about Tinsley and Custom Made, they truly brought my vision to life. I have not popped the question yet, but I know when I do my parter is going to be more than happy with the ring. Thank you Tinsley and Custom Made. If I ever need more custom jewelry I will definitely be using Custom Made again!”

“I really cannot offer anything but the best feedback about Custom Made. A year or so ago they made my then-girlfriend's engagement ring. It is a lovely ring, they took the ideas I had and those I'd gleaned from Jessica and helped design a beautiful opal ring. There were some issues with it that needed fixing. But the folks at Custom Made stood by their expressed commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. After a couple back and forths of the ring they made good on that promise. Not a problem with it since and fiance was very happy. Fast forward to late summer of 2025, and we were talking with Custom Made again. This time to create wedding bands on a very short timeline, requiring the rush service. They did a wonderful job on my wife's sapphire wedding bands to complement the engagement. And with mine they really took the time to iterate off my feedback and at every step created very appealing designs. Which, as a person who almost never wore jewellery before, was greatly appreciated. Very happy that I came across this company in the first place. They are very respectable in their commitment to their customers. I wish the company and its staff good fortune and prosperity!”
