“Everyone who I worked with throughout this process was processional and very responsive. We weren’t happy with the first ring they made for us so they decided to remake it at no cost. Great customer service.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Custom Made. They walked me through every step of designing the perfect ring for me, and my needs/wants. I have a nickel allergy and was already convinced I would have to buy something sterling silver (and not be 100% happy) but they offered me a nickel free white gold alloy that made all my dreams come true.”

“I was at first very skeptical about using a completely online jeweler to make my engagement ring. However I will now be coming back time and time again. From the initial consultation and watching my idea come to life through their artists and jewelers was amazing. They kept me very informed the whole and made it extremely easy and the piece that was made came out perfect and my wife loved it. This ring was for our 20 year anniversary after her initial engagement ring was stolen from our house years ago. I can’t speak highly enough about the move but I will definitely be coming back for everything I need from this point on”

“When I started looking for an engagement ring I very quickly decided that I wanted to do something custom for my lady because well she deserved something as unique as she is. I must have spent hours talking with several different companies on what their process was what I could expect and a cost estimate. None that I found ensured joy. Enter CustomMade. From the start my consultation Lulu was very courteous and it was obvious she wanted to make sure I was taken care of and seemed to take a personal interest in my design. I must have gone back and forth with Lulu (and her with the artists) 100 times with the design and at no point did I feel any pressure to try to expedite the process or stop when it was “good enough.” CustomMade simply will not stop working and reworking the design until it’s perfect l. Even when I needed to make a last minute change to the main stone, they handled it immediately and made the changes I needed no questions asked. And the final result absolutely was PERFECT. I’m so glad I stumbled upon CustomMade and my Fiancé is too!”

“The people at CustomMade were always available to answer questions and incorporate the various ideas I had for my piece. Through each step of the process; from the initial consultation, to design concepts, and final forging of the ring; there was a professional (skilled in their particular area) that would personally talk to me and help me find the right stones, designs, and prices for my ring. Even though I'm a college student with a small budget, they were able to make a quality piece that met all my wishes for around $1000. I can't wait to see the look on my girlfriend's face when she sees the ring CustomMade helped me make.”

“Great process start to finish. Very informative on all aspects. Fantastic attention to detail and extremely easy to communicate with everyone. Even when FedEx lost the package, just contacted them and they made another free of charge and expedited it. Will definitely use them again!!”

“The entire process was very painless and the consultants were very helpful and knowledgeable through the entire process. They were willing to work with me and my admittedly tight timeline, and were able to deliver not only early, but an amazing product. I currently do not want to post pictures or videos as I have not proposed yet and don't want to reveal it yet!”
