“I am a returning customer, I originally researched custom made for an engagement ring and as skeptical as I was they created a true work of art. I was so impressed by their ability to make my vision real that I returned and had them make another engagement ring with a different vision and goal. Once again they executed flawlessly. Not only is the work a masterpiece each time the communication the entire time is above reproach. They make the whole process seamless and once again I am left in awe of the product and their team. I don’t write reviews normally but they truly deserve the recognition. I’d like to note iv also recommended them to other men wanting to make a unique piece for their loved one.”

“Everyone I worked with was amazing. The responses were timely and the staff really cared about making my vision come to life. The communication was incredible and exceeded my expectations. My fiancee designed my engagement ring here and that inspired to me create his wedding band using CustomMade. Even when the finished product was sent to me and I wanted to change something, they took it back free of charge, updated the ring, and sent it back. This experience has felt so personal and I could not be happier with CustomMade”

I loved it so much, that I created a one of a kind ring for him that encompassed so many meaningful things that originate to our love and promise to one another. “The whole process from start to finish was so easy. The replies on my design were very quick and there are so many options to choose from. The lead time on getting the final design, the photos of the model, and the arrival of the ring were very quick. The final product is amazing and has been crafted with such care I am extremely happy with this piece and would recommend it to anyone”

“Excellent service and response time. Beautiful craftsmanship, both my wife and I were extremely happy with the end result. I did have an issue with my ring design (in regards to some surfaces that could not be polished) that took about 3-4 weeks to come up, that almost caused it to be delayed beyond when I needed it by. However upon bringing this up customer service was more than happy to help expedite my order to have it arrive on time.”
