“Since you reached out to me I will write a forthright review. I was very disappointed not only in the execution of our design but more so the level of customer service. I repeatedly tried to resolve my issues with customer service to no avail. I got the distinct impression that there was little to no concern as to my satisfaction and was told, in a matter of fact, way that if I did not like the end result to take my business elsewhere.. I would never recommend your company and or use your services again.”

“I bought 500 custom chips. They arrived in 5 different colors. You would think that it would come with 100 of each color, but that's not what I received. Instead, they came in varying quantities. One color came with only 48 chips while other colors came with 88 or 96 chips. This is on top of having to wait a couple of weeks to get the chips because their "mold" to make the chips had broken. Why would there be only 1 mold? That doesn't make sense. Overall, I'm not happy with this purchase since it was over $100 and I had to wait much longer than usual . Especially since it was being given as a gift. I would not recommend buying from this company.”

“The custom image on most of my chips were off center. I had to inspect each one and color in the deffective chips with black marker. It was as if there is zero quality control. I would not recommend this company.”
