“This was a replacement order because of a misunderstanding with a previous order. The delivery service is hopeless as they don’t follow instructions and both my orders were left outside on the ground. Also disappointed in the quality of what was ordered.”

“The presentation was amazing however the experience was let down badly by elements of the actual hamper, unfortunately. The crackers and the herb and cheese swirls were pretty bland and dry. The scones were ok, the brownie and the lemon cake were nice though.”

“The selection box looked good and all the treats tasted lovely. But everything was tiny, just a bite size. For the size of the box the price is way too high. Also I would prefer one big box instead of two small ones.”

“I love Cutter and Squidge cakes. I've been gifted the cakes and macarons before - they're beautiful. But I have to say, on this occasion I was shocked by how small the cake was. I think it's important to make this clear- I understand the measurements are given but the pictures are unclear and deceiving.”

“Hamper was selected as a 90th birthday present. Mixed results ..... the Cream Tea part was delightful! Well wrapped and packed to preserve the clotted cream. But... the pastries, especially the veggie pastries and sausage rolls looked unappetising to me and the recipient later described them as 'disgusting'. If I use this company again I will be very careful what I choose.”

“Got the sampler cake - 6 flavours Hazelnut choc - couldnt taste the hazelnut. Just tasted like chocolate Double choc - good. Wasnt incredible. Tasted like what you could get at any other bakery. Probably for cheaper Carrot cake - delicious! Our fav out of all of them Strawberry vanilla - didnt taste the strawberries. Just a tiny bit of tartness. Raspberry vanilla - really good. Could taste the raspberries and it was nice with the vanilla cake Lemon cake - tasted like the kipling lemon slices. Nothing super extraordinary. Could get anywhere else for probably cheaper”

“My Easter cookies arrived on my chosen date, just in time for Easter! The box looked a little squashed and unfortunately the topping on all of the cookies was flattened and didn't look anything like the photos on website. In my opinion they looked as if they had been decorated or packed while still warm and the toppings had melted. They tasted absolutely delicious though. In spite of this they tasted absolutely delicious.”

“The cake was a gift and the feedback was the buttercream was too sweet and even a black coffee wasn't enough to balance the sweetness. Also has requested to add message but that was not with the cake which was disappointing.”

“Cake was delicious, but it arrived squished. It made what was supposed to be the beautiful decoration stick to the box or slide down the side of the cake. It was for a birthday party, so quite disappointing. Perhaps better packaging, or instructions to the delivery company, could have prevented this.”

“Afternoon tea - there should have been more choice of cakes and smaller. The scones were stodgy and large (4) the lemon drizzle very difficult to get out of the package in all very disappointing as this was a Mother’s Day gift”
