“Ordered cup cakes for my daughter at university. Ordering process and delivery all good. Bit disappointed with product. These were not cupcakes but more like cake pops. Just one bite and at cost of nearly £2 with delivery a bite overall not worth money ! They were delicious apparently but tiny !”

“I ordered the Jubilee Victoria Sponge to be delivered for my mum's birthday but it was delivered without the note I opted to attach. So she received it without knowing it was for her birthday or who it was from. Very disappointed.”

“The afternoon tea was ok. The cakes were slightly strange in texture but tasted good, although the lemon cake had suffered in transit so all the icing was stuck to the packaging rather than the cake. The tea was loose leaf though which was a disappointment when we opened it on our picnic and couldn’t use it as we didn’t have a strainer!”

“The cake that I ordered for my daughter’s bday was beautifully decorated and delivered on the correct day in a nice presentation box. The cake itself was not so impressive in terms of the lightness or the flavour of the sponge. It seemed dry and tasteless. Perhaps attention could be given to this area of the cake as it is not cheap and one would expect for that price a perfect and experience.”

“Delivery was quick and on time. The recipient enjoyed both the vegan brownies and the shortbread. The only disappointment was that I ordered the Eid Vegan Brownie Box which was meant to come in an ‘Eid Mubarak’ sleeve but no sleeve was included in the package at all.”

“Think it’s overpriced for what you get. You can go out for afternoon tea for same price or less (perhaps not if you live in London). The delivery took a day and a half so the cream arrived warm. It was tasty but can get better cakes in my local bakers.”

“I purchased a selection box as a gift and whilst my friend enjoyed it, the delivery was terrible. It was scheduled to be delivered by 4pm but she did not receive it till close to 8pm.”

“Ordered vegan and vegetarian options Was impressed with the packaging loved the vegan scones and clotted style cream that was a nice touch. Didnt enjoy the vegan cake options were better than the vegetarian options...felt for the price couldve included more variety and different ones.”

“Good quality products, fast delivery, nice packaging. A little expensive for what you actually get in the box. It was just enough to split between four people when I added my own sandwiches, which I feel should be included. Even if it was just for two I would have expected some sandwiches. Not great value for money hence the three stars.”
