“Horrible delivery. Paid extra to get the cake delivered after 12pm, and the delivery guy showed up at 7am. Emailed the company asking to refund the delivery fee, and they ghosted me.”

“Love this brand - always a lovely treat for ourselves or as a gift sent to others but this time was disappointed that the much favoured choc fudge was much reduced in size and substituted by cheese muffins. Scones were lovely however.”

“Great delivery time Ordered the lunar new year bits Unfortunately the large pack didn't have the lunar new year wrapper which was a shame as it was for a lunar new year party so didn't make the impact I'd hoped I'm not convinced I like mochi brownies... never had before but they weren't my cup of tea”

“Disappointed. Photos made the cake look much higher than it actually was. It’s the same size as a Tesco finest range cake with the same amount of filling not as suggested in the photos. I bought the 6 inch. The filling tasted great and top were really pretty but sponge was plain. I felt ripped off and the £9.90 delivery added to that sense.”

“The plus side was delivery was really quick and efficient and the website easy to use. Thank you for this. The brownies I ordered were a present. I was there when they arrived - the outside of the box was covered in super sticky goo, which had escaped from the brownies. Not a great experience for the receiver. One set of brownies were fine and very tasty, but the really sticky ones were very thin - like some of them were only 3-4 mm thick. And very sweet and sticky. They all got eaten - but I’m wouldn’t order that box again”

“Even though the cake was absolutely delicious, rich with buttery sweetness, I've got a big worry about the delivery. I ordered it as a surprise for my little brother's birthday. He's studying at Warwick University and staying in the campus dorms. It was a real hassle for him to have to pick it up from the university's mail office. I was really hoping they'd just deliver it straight to his door, especially since I made sure to include all the dorm details in the address. Being in a different country, I'm not familiar with how deliveries work here in the UK, but this whole situation was quite frustrating.”

“Cake arrived on time and was a good size, however we ordered the salted caramel double chocolate cake and found it to taste a bit strange - nutty in flavour and a bit dry. It was disappointing as I’ve had good cakes from here in the past. You just need to find the right cake for you before ordering - will be good if they offered a taster box.”

“Cake came in a lovely little tin. Overall it was expensive for a cake so small. Reminded me of one of those small Tesco finest range cakes with some icing on top with some petals. It did taste quite nice tho.”
