“The cake was delicious and half was beautifully decorated, however something had gone wrong in delivery because the cool pack was completely warm and the cake looked like it had been dropped, with all the icing slid to one side. I think part of the problem was that the exterior packaging did not make clear it was a cake and needed to be kept upright, so the delivery driver must have been a bit heavy handed. Didn't affect the taste but not what I expected at this price.”

“Excellent customer service, with an immediate response to a query I had. Good communication re delivery and exactly where the courier was at any given time on the day of delivery. The mini brownies was a gift for my daughter so I personally didn't try them. She assured me that they were delicious and the centre brownies were particularly squidgy. She felt the end ones were a little less moist on the edges but still happily ate every crumb!”

“Too sweet for the cake and brownie. Maybe the sweetness for HongKonger like is much less than local. I am not quite so sure. But recently we always talk about vegan or Vegetarian food. One of the reasons must be to be more healthy. I believe cut the sweetness of the cake at least half or given some option to choose the sweetness will be great. If options are provided, definitely will try again. Thanks”

“The delivery was not as superb as the last. Delivery man was shaking and almost tossing the box up and down. As a result, the cake came out lopsided. Nonetheless, the red velvet cake was delicious; a little sweet for my taste.”
