“They make beautiful looking cakes. For me I find maybe the ingredients used could be of a higher quality. To improve the flavour and match the price.”

“The parcel didn't turn up on the recipients birthday as ordered, but day after. I know this was the courier but C&S are responsible for using reliable couriers. The recipient did enjoy them and said they were impressed the brownies were nicer than others she's had posted to her.”

“We have had cakes from C&S many times and they were all delicious. The only thing is the delivery takes the whole day. Party was on Tuesday, I got it to be delivered on Monday. Sunday eve I received a text saying the cake was out for delivery, by the time we ate it, it was 2 days old.”

“Thee brownies were delicious unfortunately the delivery let them down when only the chocolate was delivered and not the brownies,Got to say they quickly re delivered but it then wasn’t my daughter in law’s birthday so the surprise was gone”

“Bought a Birthday Brownie box for a friend and they loved it. Would have been good if there was a 'delivery notes' section at the checkout stage so that I could have advised the postie were best to leave the package without it potentially having been stolen.”

“We ordered the sample cake which is an excellent idea and helped us to choose the flavours for our wedding cake. The cake arrived at the pre-arranged time, looked gorgeous and tasted divine. However, the flower decoration was a little tired and we had experienced some difficulties in having the cake delivered as per the cost and times on their website. It took several telephone calls and emails to resolve this. For this reason I have given 4 stars.”

“Amazing customer service but not recommendable delivery is how I view the company. The naked wedding cake was delicious with the Lemon flavour being the standout, but on the day of the wedding some issues occurred which delayed the delivery of the cake. The company gave us a £20 gift voucher to apologise but even then on a wedding day we need everything to be on time and the missing cake was really stressful, hence my reasoning for not giving 5 stars.”
