“Brownies were bigger than I expected Looked good & a nice selection Sadly, they were a little on the dry side. I think this may be down to it being so near Christmas when I ordered”

“Order and Delivery very promptly, especially as a couple of days before Christmas. As delivery to relatives, the downside was that I was not told the list of contents in the packages so did not know exactly what they received, or if it represents good value”

“The customer service (Theo) was brilliant when I had a technical issue ordering this but unfortunately the brownies never arrived at their correct destination which I assume was down the the delivery driver and the delivery date being the friday before Christmas rather than a fault with Cutter and Squidge.”

“The cakes were a Christmas gift. I bought them because they were a 'Letterbox' gift. I was however concerned when I read that I needed to say where they could be left if no one was in, and did ask if they would actually go through a letterbox. I received a quick response to my email assuring me they would. However I was disappointed to see the photo from the courier showing the box outside the door and it was obviously too big to go through the letterbox.”

“Beautiful presentation but unfortunately that's the highlight. C&S has delicious options but this one was a bit disappointing. Not much flavor and could stand to have more filling to round it out. Will not repurchase this option but still a fan of C&S as other products have been more than satisfying.”

“The baby biskies were nice but very small for what you pay for. Delivery was good, I visited the shop in London and asked for my young daughter to use the bathrooms there, they refused as we hadn't brought anything, I explained about doing a big online order recently but this didn't help. I get the idea of this but with kids should be an exception. Left a sour taste and won't be buying from here again.”

“The dinosaur cake was delivered perfectly packed right on time. Unfortunately, both sponges the white and the chocolate ones were rather dry. The cover topping was a rather old school cream. The cake looked cute but better than it actually tasted. For this price l would have expected sth better.”

“I think this was my last 4th purchase from cutter and squidge. I also bought a box of brownies. I had only sent them as gifts before and this was my first time trying their products for myself. I was really underwhelmed in terms of taste and quality (especially for the cost and delivery fee). These will be my last purchases from this company.”
